Patient Satisfaction Relation with Sociodemographic Variables in Hospital Health Care in Albania

Patient satisfaction is an important factor, which should be considered by health care managers, to evaluate the quality of hospital service. This analysis aims show relationship between socio-demographic variables, such as gender, age, level education, income, and patient regarding private public service in Albania, well determine these variables has major impact, if there are differences different groups. The study was conducted five three hospitals two biggest cities Tirana Durres, where 480 patients were interviewed, over 18 years old who had received services largest terms number patients, from March June 2019. questionnaire constructed according SERVQUAL model with its main dimensions, ANOVA variance Tukey procedure used method test hypotheses. results showed that factors affected Albania mainly age educational level, confirmed also literature review, while no gender observed. In income we can say revenue increases, decreases. this understand behavior relation their so categories receive appropriate importance when providing care. provides data for managers take measures improving quality.
